Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BJJ Vision, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.
Use License
Permission is granted to access and use BJJ Vision for your own training and, on a paid plan, for coaching and teaching your students. This license does not include: reselling or sublicensing access to BJJ Vision; copying or modifying the service's software or materials; attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software; removing any copyright or proprietary notations; or sharing your account with other people.
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
Plans, Payments and Renewal
BJJ Vision offers a Free plan and paid plans (currently Member at $20 per month and Agent at $60 per month, in US dollars). Prices include any applicable sales tax or VAT, calculated from your billing address. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically each month until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Each plan's allowances (analysis minutes, analyses, storage, narration and, on Agent, AI agent access) are shown on the Plan & usage page. Allowances reset at the start of each billing period, and unused allowance does not carry over.
Changing Plans
When you upgrade, the new plan starts immediately and we charge the prorated difference for the rest of the current period, including any applicable tax; the exact amount is shown before you confirm. When you move to a lower plan, the change takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. If your stored files exceed the new plan's storage limit, we do not delete them, but you cannot upload or render new files until you are back under the limit.
Cancellation and Refunds
You can cancel at any time from Plan & usage (“Manage billing”). Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for and then returns to Free; you are not charged again. Payments are non-refundable, including for partial periods and for analysis minutes already used, except where the law requires otherwise. If a payment is refunded or disputed, paid features are suspended.
Failed Payments
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe will email you and retry the card. Paid features end at the end of the period you have paid for and return as soon as a payment succeeds. While Agent access is lapsed, your AI agent keys are suspended, not deleted; they work again when your payment goes through.
Agent Access
The Agent plan lets you connect AI agents of your choice to Studio with keys you create. You are responsible for every action taken with your keys and for the agents you connect, including what those agents' providers do with the content they receive. Keep your keys secret and revoke any key you no longer trust. Agent tool calls are rate-limited to protect the service.
Price Changes
We may change plan prices. We will tell you by email at least 30 days before a new price applies to your plan, and it takes effect at your next renewal after that notice. If you do not agree, you can cancel before then.
User Content
You retain ownership of any content you upload to BJJ Vision, including videos and match data. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use BJJ Vision: for any unlawful purpose; to upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights; to harass, abuse, or harm another person; to impersonate any person or entity; to interfere with or disrupt the service; or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service.
Service Modifications
We may modify or discontinue features of the service. If we discontinue a paid plan or the service as a whole, we will give you reasonable notice and refund any prepaid amount for the period after it ends.
Limitation of Liability
BJJ Vision and its suppliers shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
